I recently(today) tried to create a new transport rule to findout that exchange gave me a new error "user is not allowed to call New-TransportRule. My permissions have not changed recently and I know I created a few new rules a few weeks ago.
I'm assuming this is caused by the changes that MS team is working on migrating old/classic EAC items over to modern EAC. Anyone else having the same issue?
I haven't looked into specifically what role this is looking for (yet). Its just strange that this has changed all of a sudden and does not work wit Exchange admin role and/or global admin rights.
