For a little while I've noticed an account que@domain.com, which I did not create,. I'm wondering if it's a default account that Exchange might have created to handle email during an outage or other issue, or I need to contact MS TS to further explore this issue?

Even if the account was created by MS, audit trail should be visible in the admin logs. I havent seen such account in any of my tenants though.
