Good day together
I need help with my settings in Exchange Online. I manage several customer domains via Exchange Online and host various mailboxes of these companies. Now it is so that in the address book email addresses appear across companies, so that company A also sees the mailboxes of company B in the address book.
How can I prevent this?
Thanks for the help in advance.
Best regards
Christoph

SolutionHi @tastisch
You have to create a policy to stop sharing your address book between domains.
Please see the below links which will help to resolve your issue.

Thank you,

Hi @MDadarkar
Thanks for your answer!
Can I only crate address book policies through PowerShell?

Hi @tastisch
You can do it through GUI as well, but PowerShell is most effective and has so many features on it.
I hope this is informative.
