We have an single virtual hybrid E2013 server running on Windows 2012R2. All our internet email routes to the hybrid server because we use 400+ DDGs and they are not easily converted to O365 DDGs. We want to migrate it to a virtual hybrid E2019 on Windows 2022, and also add redundancy on the hybrid role. All of our production mailboxes are in O365; the only on-premise mailboxes are Discovery.
I'm having trouble locating documents to cover all the moving parts, and the order to make the migration. Can anyone help with the required documents?
