What metrics and goals are others using to measure success of their Exchange Online rollout/migration (besides migrating x number of mailboxes per week)?

Normaly the best aproach is to mesure the folowing:

  • Helpdesk Tickets Related to migration
  • Time of Resolution of problems
  • User Experience
  • Network Latency
  • End User Satisfaction

Those are the major to do the metrics to be a Success.

Thanks!  I was looking at the sample end-user satisfaction survey out on fasttrack.office.com, but there didn't seem to be much in the way of EO specific.  As we are really rolling out that workload first, was curious what type of baseline questions would align well to EO to measure end-user satisfaction.
