Mailbox archive doesn't work

Hello everyone,
we have a problem with a mailbox. We have created the archive for the mailbox, but it is not being archived.

We also waited 7 days and also tried to start archiving via powershell.

Unfortunately everything was unsuccessful.

Do you perhaps have another solution for me?

Did you assign any retention policies/tags? Is this for Exchange Online or on-premises?

@VasilMichev yes we have a  retention policie/tag. It‘s a Exchange online. 

Check the status of the MFA processing for the mailbox as detailed here: https://practical365.com/understanding-the-exchange-mailbox-folder-assistant/
In particular, check the ELCLastSuccessTimestamp and the number of updated folders/items.

same problem here. any other solution?

 

If possible, try archiving a different mailbox to see if the issue is specific to one mailbox or more widespread.
