mail flow rule to remove track changes from word document

is it possible to create a mail flow rule in exchange online or M365 Defender that is able to remove "track changes" from word documents before the message sent to an external recipient? Mimecast have this functionality so am wondering if this possible for exchange online. I don't believe this is possible in exo.
