Have had this Support Case open for a long time now with no resolve.
Emails sent from our domain to a high number of users are being sent to the recipient's Junk Folder. We have enabled SPF, DKIM, DMARC correctly & the issue still persists. Running Mail Traces on the reported case we have found a common theme is that Office Exchange is sending using Googles Mail Exchange to deliver ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.com or gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com
Has anyone had similar or could help? Or indicate how I can escalate to a 3rd Line or Supervisor at MS Support?!
