We are currently receiving this error when trying to create contacts within the Exchange admin centre for an O365 deployment. We are able to amend them but not create new ones.
Active Directory operation failed on DCservername. This error is not retriable. Additional information: Insufficient access rights to perform the operation. Active directory response: 00002098: SecErr: DSID-0315130F, problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS), data 0
I have thought about maybe running Setup.exe /PrepareAD /OrganizationName
We are using the domain admin account to try and create these contacts so it's not permissions for the account we are using.
Any help would be great thanks.
