Is it possible report the log when an user search a contact in GAL?

Somebody ask me for that, and I don't know if it is possible. I don't know the real goal. For me it isn't sense.

No, not really. The GAL can be accessed offline in the form of the Outlook OAB too, there's no way to report on that.
