How to disable certain features for select users

Copper Contributor

Hi:

I am currently in Exchange Server 2003 and I want to selectively enable certain features for certain users.  I good example of this is turning off calendars, tasks, etc. and only leaving the ability to send/receive messages (for example just a boots on the ground employee just needs to send/receive email so take away everything, then say a group manager needs to schedule appointments but lose the notes capabilities, etc.)

I actually found the solution I was looking for on a page that no longer exists called MSExchange.org.

I hope like you’d not believe that this helps someone in the future.
