How set exception for Show first contact safety tip

Hi all,

I did set "Show first contact safety tip" into Antiphishing policy in my Tenant.

I need to create an exception for a determinated user. (ex. email address removed for privacy reasons)

Is it possible?

I have this need, but to accommodate a user. Did you hear from Microsoft?
