We have a requirement to export Exchange Online mailboxes of around 500 users. I know it is not possible to export to PST in EXO and only options available are the eDiscovery searches or a third party tool.
I am wondering if Microsoft support could that if we provide them a list of usernames, they provide us the PSTs of user mailboxes stored in a secure location. Has anyone come across such a requirement before?
