Recently I migrated a client from Exchange 2016 to O365. Issue is after the migration they told me they needed a public folder coming across.
It seems you cannot just export a public mail box and all the instructions read to use Outlook. Issue is I have already set up the autodiscover records to go to O365/. I have attempted to open up Outlook and point it to the Exchange server however Outlook 2016 does not support manual setup anymore and the articles I have read tell me to point the XML file to the autodiscover record.
I know there is 3rd party software that does this but it is not cheap. I seems quite ridiculous how hard it is proving to export a public folder when it is is so easy to export a normal user account.
