I mean, if we assigned to the Marketing Department a specific e-mail name that is different from other employees within the field. Can we allocate a special e-mail to any department and be different from the other departments and be within the domain

 Yes, you can change email format for any department or groups as you require but needs to keep those users in separate OU. Then configure from ECP under the Email address format tab.

Hi, Sure, but you need to configure some settings in AD Server too if you have access as well as Exchange ECP.
