Original Issue : When a booking is made in the boardroom a request to accept the meeting usually comes to me, however, in the past few days it has gone to someone else.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS : How we book the room ?
> We have room mailbox calendar shared with full access with everyone.> Each user goes to room mailbox calendar & book a room with intended recipients.> Decline/Approve request goes to moderator.
> If moderator books the room : he/she does not request to approve but its booked as confirmed booking.
Q: We would like to see Approve/Decline request for ANYONE who books the room mailbox ?
