Exchange Receive Connector Allowing any internal Mail

Hello,

I have an odd one I have my exchange Recieve connectors set to take mail from our server range only in format x.x.x.x/22 our clients do not sit in this range. I run an SMTP diag tool from a client and this allowed mail to be sent to other mail boxes.

Any ideas why this maybe happening?

Is there another connector that has a the scope of 0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255? If so, that can be the issue.
