Exchange Online: Some users receiving spam email from unknown address but have no message traces log

My some users received spam mail

"from: Microsoft Account Team(email address removed for privacy reasons)

Subject: Warning: verify your email address.

and in body: some text content and links."

Surprising there is no message trace log seen and in message header there is no complete header shown.

Is that spam mail or its Microsoft internal email? if so why not shown in message trace, header and for those specific users only? Any ideas please suggest
