Exchange Online send mail through high risk delivery pool




We have an new customer and since a few days we see all email send to mail providers like Hotmail, Outlook and Gmail are send through the high risk delivery pool. Email send to business email domains are not send through this pool. This causes these emails to be blocked or delivered to the junk email folder.

Does some one else see this behaviour at his/ her Office 365 customer?

I received this message from Microsoft half an hour ago: A service interruption was open for this incident that now is in restoring

Today my customer is not sending the email to Hotmail, Outlook, Gmail etc through the high risk delivery pool.
