Exchange Online Prepend Subject Rule

Hi

I have a rule to prepend the subject line of any emails that contain swear words. The rule adds "Offensive Language" to the subject line but what happens is that this is added again to every reply so that the subject line just becomes repeats of the phrase. How do I only apply this rule once to the email so that it only adds the additional text once?

Include an exception in the rule so that it doesn't apply if "Offensive Language" is already present in the message subject...
