Exchange Online: Global Address List User Data

Copper Contributor

We have an environment where we are using Exchange Online with on-premises Active Directory (AD) servers that are synchronized to Azure AD via Azure ADConnect. I recently discovered that the values stored in the AD attributes representing location (Street Address, City, State, etc in their respective AD attribute names) appear in the MS Outlook contact card for our users under the Business Address label/field, but not under the Business Address label/field in Web Outlook (OWA). In fact, they are not showing up anywhere in Web Outlook at all.

Those values are being synchronized to Exchange Online as they are appearing in MS Outlook, and I have been able confirm that through the Exchange remote shell  and the Exchange Admin portal itself.

Does anybody know what could be going on? Could something be configured incorrectly in our environment/tenant?
