Dear Office 365 Community,
One of our customer want to creat a new email group and email addresses from outside the organization to it and set an auto forward rule to another email group in another company.
Is that possible? How do we set up ? Kindly, please share the steps?

Hi Muhammad,
You can create two Distribution Groups, one with External Contacts and One that have the members internal and the external group.
