Exchange 2019 Outlook login method issue

Hello everyone,

 

We have an issue in organization where after a password change or setting up a new account in Outlook, it prompts for a user password in this form - user@domain.com by default, however when typing the password it keeps on prompting for it and never connects to server.

 

Only way how to workaraound it by choosing - Use a different account and then logging in using this form - domain\user.

 

How to configure Exchange that it accepts user@domain.com by default. It is not a big issue, but it starts to bug when you have to work with a large number of users.
