We have Circular logging enabled but the Exchange Logs are not cleaning.
We use Solarwinds to backup our Exchange 2016 server VM, so Exchange is unaware of the backup.
We also use AppRiver which will help us if we need to recover emails between Solarwinds backups if the server goes down.
I am going to try and dismount/mount the databases to see if this gets circular logging working but there have been reboots since enabled and the problem still exists.
Has anyone else had similar issues with this and can offer some guidance?
