Exchange 2013 renew self gen Microsoft Exchange cert

i have renew Microsoft Exchange Server Auth Cert, there is some special commane like set-authconfig to make sure the new cert is in using,

and i now go to renew "Microsoft Exchange", i wonder is it some set-XXX to make to the new cert is in using?

if i just renew it, set the services, ?? is this ok?? i wonder

Unless you have a specific need for that cert, you don't need to define it for anything. If you already have your 3rd party utilized for IIS and SMTP, you should be ok.
Validate which cert is bound to the Backend website, should be self-signed.
