Hope everyone is well.
I needed some help with something. Hoping someone can assist.
I have an Exchange 2010/2016 Hybrid environment. For an on-premise mailbox hosted on the Exchange 2010, I enabled online archiving and assigned this user an Exchange Online P2 license in Office 365.
I have configured the relevant retention tags and policies however no data is being moved from the on-premise mailbox to its Exchange Online archive.
What am I missing?
