Estimating purging duration

A client wants to implement a Retention Policy that deletes old email. They estimate this will be about 100-105 TB. Does anyone know how long this would take or how to determine when it is finished?

The SLA for retention procession in ExO is 7 days or so, so assuming all the content will fall immediately under the scope of the policy, you can expect it to complete in a week or two. You can monitor the progress by checking the size of the mailbox or getting folder level statistics (number of items, oldest item, etc).
