Enforce Room Capacity

 Hi,

is there any possibility to enforce the capacity on a room mailbox?
We use room mailboxes for managing max. numbers in offices because of covid-19 and some people do not check the information on the current capacity. Automatic decline when going beyond capacity would be nice.

There's nothing built-in for this afaik, the corresponding property is only for informational purposes. You can restrict booking so that a delegate manually checks the number of invitees before accepting a meeting or look for some add-in or similar that can do it automatically.
