Emails is not working both send and receive.

Please i need your help on this issue.


My email is not working. I am not able to send and receive emails.


Please do you know what the cause might be and how to resolve this issue.

Check the domain settings. Is it only one user that is affected or all the users that are affected?

Also, a test should be done on Outlook on the web.
