Just a question around proxy email addresses assigned to a user account. I have an account that is used by an internal system to auto created service tickets. Account is called firstname.lastname@example.org, it has a proxy address assigned to it called email@example.com. It used to be that emails sent to proxy.name appeared in the mailbox as to proxy.name. It seems this has changed and emails sent to proxy.name now show in the mailbox as to user.name. This is messing up the auto creation process as it triggers on the email to field containing proxy.name. Any ideas on how I can stop this change from happening?
