Email Delivery Delay to Inbox

Email shows delivered at 1:59PM, however, it did not arrive in Inbox until 2:20PM. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Look at the message trace details, or the message headers. Or open a support case.

Thanks! I opened a case with Microsoft Support for further troubleshooting.

Check for Shadow Redundancy issues if you have more then one mailbox database copy.
