Dynamic Distribution Group Disappeared from EAC

I was able to create Dynamic Distribution Group in Recipients | Group page last week but it disappears now. And I can only create basic distribution group from the changed EAC interface now. Is that a recent change?

Moreover, I created and subsequently deleted a test DDG last week. But the email account is still shown in the Global Address List. Is there any way to remove it? 

(I have global admin right)

Recipient objects will not disappear on their own, you can check the admin audit log for details on who/when removed it. As for the GAL, changes are immediately reflected there, but changes to the OAB (and Outlook's lists) might take up to 48h to propagate (assuming you're talking about Exchange Online here).

I realized it's the issue of the new EAC. Once I switch back to classic view, everything is back and clear.
