Distribution lists not showing in global address book

I work for a school and I have created several distribution lists for our teachers. I can see the distribution lists in the global address list, but my teachers can't. Am I missing a setting somewhere so they can see those lists? They can see them in the online version of outlook, but they can't see them in their desktop outlook or their apple mail.

Hi @RyeTeacher - Considering they're able to view the groups in OWA, looks like they need to download the offline address in Outlook. You can do it manually or wait for about 24 hours for Outlook to automatically download it.
