Hi guys,
Since Exchange Online uses implicit remoting, the cmdlets will only be available in your computer if you're connected to Exchange Online only. But for those who would be working on creating scripts for Exchange Online might not want to connect to Exchange Online all the time while they are creating the script, but would be prefer to have those cmdlets in their PC available without needing to connect to Exchange Online.
With that thought I put together a blog post to talk about how you could be creating an offline PowerShell module with Exchange Online cmdlets.
