Create mailbox in hybrid environment with alternate email address policy

I have issue creating mailbox in hybrid.

We have exchange 2013 with root domain as 

Domain is added as primary domain in O365 (cant add as we don't own it. We are a part of shared service).

User creation in AD is Automated.
Now whenever we create remote mailbox using Enable-Remotemailbox -identity Alias -Remoteroutingdomain the remote mailbox is created with emailaddress of rootdomain of exchange and it becomes instead of

Any way we can change email address to the domain added in O365.

The default email address priority is lowest and the email address policy that needs to be applied to the remotemailbox is highest but the default email address policy is applied somehow to remote mailbox.


Any suggestion is helpful.
