Configuring and monitoring connectors in Exchange 365

Hello all,

We are currently configuring a connector so a partner organization can send mail from our domain. Therefore we have configured a connector that uses an IP Address range for limiting access. In basic the connector is working now, but sometimes mail aren't send. It seems like this is because the receiver is an external mailaddress. Isn't it possible to relay messages external with an O365 connector?


In our on-premise Exchange environment it is possible to enable logging for connectors, so troubleshooting is a lot easier. I can't find this option for O365 connectors. Is it possible to see logging for these connectors, so I can see if a message is send to O365 and why it isn't accepterd?
