Configure Hybrid Modern Authentication in Exchange on-premises

I have error with Hybrid Modern Authentication for OWA and ECP. After I log in to owa/ecp from https://login.microsoftonline.com/ when I access ecp/owa, it's show error:

All servers must have at least the Exchange Server 2019 CU14 update installed.
They must also run the Exchange Server 2019 CU14 April 2024 HU or a later update.

I have updated all Exchange Server but still error

Examine the Event Viewer logs on the Exchange server for any errors related to authentication or connectivity. The logs can provide specific error messages that can help in identifying the issue.

I try to find log in Event Viewer logs and log ECP on C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\Logging\ECP\Activity but I can't see any log related to.
Do you have any suggestion? Like check network or anything else?
