I have a problem when trying to send email to a user using OWA.
When I send a mail to the user using OWA I got this error on my mailbox :Remote Server returned '554 5.2.0 <SVR-MBX02.xxxx.xxxx #5.2.0 smtp;554 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:StoragePermanentException.MapiExceptionDatabaseError; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message.
When the user tries to send an email using Outlook 2016 he got this errors : 0X80004005-0x00454-0x000501.
When the user tries to send an email using he got an error but with no error code.The message isn't just send.
I'm the administratoir of our Exchange.
What can I solve this?
