I have a Non For Profit company that want employees to be able to sync there phones with there contacts and calendar but they do not want them to be able to get emails on there mobile devices. Is there a way to make this happen?
Depends on your app. For instance, Gmail lets you choose by account what to sync to mobile.
That depends on the client application and protocol used. Exchange ActiveSync synchronizes the mailbox content, which includes all mailbox content.
In that case you should see, if there is a solution to propagate a centralized address book using a MDM solution.
Is there a MDM solution in use? Are the devices BYOD?
