Hi guys we are about to enable the EMS ATP Safe link and Safe attachemnt feature on all our users, I am wondering if you have any examples of user communication on this topic. I find the Safe attachment feauture straight forward to explain to someone. However I find the Safe link feature challenging to explain in a non technical manner. In the past we trained our users to hover over URLS in email to enure its correct, in a way this is reverting that thought back, since all URLS are rewritten. In additon becuase the Safe links are so long its kind of messy if they recieve a text only email.
Of those who use the feature how has it been from the user perspective and how did you communicate it to them?
