We presently use a 3rd party product with Exchange 2003 for inbound/outbound faxing to dedicated phone #s for our users. Inbound faxes to my fax # are dropped right into my Exchange mailbox. Will Exchange 2007 eventually support bi-directional faxing? If it does, we'd be able to save a decent amount of yearly costs. :)

Is there a document that maps the functionality of Exchange Server 2007 / Unified Messaging to the ITIL framework? If yes, could you please point me to the URL where I can download/view it?
