Word doc to excel spreadsheet

Hey Everyone, I have a Word Doc with a list of information that can be organized according to the repetition of many words. I am looking to organize the information from this document into a spreadsheet using formulas. I have already got the information onto Excel I just do not know what formulas or functions to organize this data. Any ideas?

You would need to give a LOT more complete description of the kind of information you're talking about, how "the repetition of many words" bears on the topic of organizing that information, etc., etc.  I'm sure it is all crystal clear in your mind, but what you've said so far is so vague that nobody could give any helpful reply other than "tell us more." So, please, tell us more.
