when I put  6:00 PM into a cell and then move on to another cell, the first one goes to 12:00.!!!

Is that a question, or just an exclamation?!
I need to know how to correct this problem.

If you move the cell on another position, the cell on the initial position shall be empty. If you copy/paste value from one cell to another it doesn't affect the value in source cell. What exactly do you mean under "move on to another cell" ?
