Example: I change the date in one cell, and the cells below it that had the same date that I changed, change to the new date.
I only want to change one cell. How do I stop that from happening?

A possible reason for this behavior is that you have enabled the Auto Fill feature in Excel, which automatically fills the cells below or to the right of the selected cell with the same or sequential values. To disable this feature, you can follow these steps:
This should prevent Excel from changing the dates in other cells when you edit one cell.
