Wheel Scrolling in O365 Excel going by centimeters?

Was there a change recently? 

I'm scrolling through my excel spreadsheets in O365 online and it's so minimal that I have to scroll my wheel mouse like 100 times just to go down a few lines. 

What changed and can I fix it?

Double check your mouse settings, they may have changed

I believe these settings are only for the thick client and not O365 Online. 

Do you concur?
