What function to use instead of a Pivot Table

Copper Contributor

I am hoping someone can help me.

I have a column of text numbers, some of which are duplicates.  I need to have the duplicate numbers only show up once in a different column (like removing duplicates) - all without using a pivot table.

My list/table is below... can anyone help?

Hi Kathleen,

There is an easy way to do this by using the Advanced Filter in Excel.

And this is explained in this video.

I hope this helps you

I'm moving this to the Excel space for better visibility.
I received a few replies - and it is working... thanks so much for the help.
