What command do you use to compare duplicates and perform resulting action?

Is there a way to identify duplicates and then sort them?

the simplest way to "SEE" duplicates is to sort the database...
the same ones (duplicates or near duplicates) will be "bundled" together..

ALSO you can use Conditional Formatting to mark duplicates..
