Want to create a form to quote jobs

Copper Contributor

I run a screen print business and want to create a form for my sales staff to accurately quote jobs. This excel from would have about 10 questions on it, most that could be solved with a simple IF function. The one(s) that I am not sure how to create are ones that will use a grid to get an answer...for example, 100 shirts that use 4 screens would be $7.00. 150 shirts that use 3 screens would be $5.75. My grid (created in excel) has 10 price breaks from 12 all the way up to 1000. The amount of screens would be up to 10 as well.

Can anyone help me figure out a way to get this accomplished with a simple form as the front page where you answer these questions and it will spit out results based on what is on other tabs?

I hope I am explaining this correctly...Thanks for any help!

So in your grid you have 2 different columns? nr of shirts and nr screens

Hi @Michael Slyter

You may need to upload a sample of your workbook for us to see what you are thinking? Remove any data you don't want others to see and we can take a closer look.

I would also suggest that you mock up the look of the form you want to do the calculations on.
