Connecting cells from one sheet to the next while allowing both sheets to be filtered in 2 tables. Want the rows to maintain same data.

@mathetes I'm not sure how to explain. I have 2 sheets. Both have tables. I am pulling names, and dates from one to another. However, I discovered that the rows do not stay aligned with the data pulled from the first sheet if you organize from A to Z in columns on the second sheet table. It adjusts the column but does not keep the rows intact. I want an auto-filled Excel workbook to assist volunteers with their enormous list of people. I don't know if I can share a Zoom link and have you or anyone join me to troubleshoot. I am an audio learner.

Is it possible for you to create a copy of these two sheets, without real names (needn't be as large as the real thing either)? Should be large enough to illustrate the challenge, the purpose, etc.
Then post that copy on OneDrive or GoogleDrive, pasting a link here that grants access to it.
Otherwise, you and we are limited to your verbal descriptions, and as you have experienced, it's hard to describe, especially if you're relatively new to Excel.

OK. First step done. I see the sheets, but I had suggested there be enough (false names) data to illustrate the task and the difficulty.
What you posted is mostly blank. So please describe what goes into each sheet, which one(s) are pulling from which, and what this sorting difficulty is that you mention. And so on. How do these get used?

I put data in the columns that I want to auto-populate into the next sheet for leader training.
Just the first three columns? All the rows that are filled in? In the same order? Or only ones for a given club? You're not describing things fully. If there are a LOT of names in the real, you've got to give a more complete example. Not hundreds, but tens at least. And a more complete description of what is expected to auto-populate. Do you want all of whatever's been entered to auto-populate to the next sheet?
If it's all of them, what's the purpose of the two sheets?
From there the rest is manual
What is that "the rest" -- what steps? What additional data gets entered?
The challenge is when a user filters the columns in the leader training section, only that column changes. The rows are not consistent with the same leader.
What does the page look like when it's getting filtered? What all has been filled in? Can you give a more full example? How is the filtering done?
And so on. I'm sorry to have to ask, but it's obviously very clear to you, but you're making the assumption that it's equally clear to me what's going on. It's most decidedly not. You're asking me to infer a lot. If we were sitting down together, you'd be walking through the process. We're not sitting down together, but you still need to walk me (and anybody else looking in) through what you're taking for granted.
