vLOOKUP the Parameter range

he vLOOKUP the Parameter range of third is 10,

=VLOOKUP($C$2,'產品-品名'!$C$4:$K$10000,10,0)

have a problem ,why not . when I key 9 ,no problem.

why not I can't read 10 column.

Your range is from column C to column K, there are only 9 columns in the range. #10 is out of the range, thus an error.
